A self-taught artist, he works in pen and ink from life, with no corrections, typically standing on a busy street in front of a place. Later, he adds his signature one-color detail for his signed, limited-edition prints. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eHe has drawn more than 1,600 restaurants in Paris, London, the Napa Valley, Philadelphia, and beyond. He is also the editor of “Man with a Pan: Culinary Adventures of Fathers who Cook for their Families, a 2011 best-selling anthology featuring contributions by Mark Bittman, Mark Kurlansky, Stephen King, Mario Batali, Jim Harrison, and many others.
