Artist Statement:
Jessica LoPresto does not limit herself to specific mediums and techniques; instead, she chases inspiration whimsically in each piece. This approach often results in layered works with bright hues and plenty of texture. Influenced by her time in the fashion industry, the pattern work adds a signature playfulness unique to LoPresto’s art.

Education:
Originally from Mississippi, LoPresto moved to the Philadelphia area to attend Philadelphia University, earning both her Bachelor of Science in Textile Design and her Masters in Print Design. She resides in Newtown Square, working as a well respected textile designer while also creating fine art.
