About the Artist:

Sarah is a Philadelphia-based artist with a passion for vibrant color, drawing inspiration from her gardens and travels. She works in various mediums—including mixed media, acrylic, and wax pastel—often using her paintings as love notes to her favorite flowers. Her work is further influenced by a deep connection to the water, as well as the way light interacts with natural elements such as gems and minerals.

Artist Statement:

I have always had a love affair with bright, fierce, and unapologetic color. For me, color is inextricably linked to memory. My goal is to capture the ephemeral beauty of our best days and make them last forever.

When I am not painting, you can find me at home on the Main Line outside of Philadelphia making a mess with my kids, digging in my garden, enjoying being in or near any body of water, watching telenovelas, or planning the next adventure with my husband.
